EU/679 of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR" and ss.mm.ii. ) containing the Personal Data Protection Code, the undersigned Mostrami, in its capacity as data controller, informs you that, for the establishment of contractual relations with you in progress, it will come into possession of your data qualified by law as "personal" (personal data, tax data, telephone number, e-mail, bank references and any other common personal data) and that, moreover, upon explicit request, it may come into possession of your data classified by law as "sensitive" (data that may reveal your state of health, membership of a trade union, a party, a religious community, or in any case your political, philosophical, religious or other beliefs).

Mostrami is the owner of the data processing and is responsible, for itself and its companies, for the acquisition, use, transmission, storage and protection of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Reg. UE/679 of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR" and ss.mm.ii.).

User information collected by Mostrami

In our web forms, you will be asked to provide the following identification data: first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number and preferences regarding the activities of our organisation (courses, events).

Registration via the company's websites and forms will allow us to manage the information in order to respond to your possible booking or registration requests.

Your data may be used for statistical purposes for the sole purpose of improving internal processes and offering courses and events.

How do we use your personal data and for what purposes?

We will only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless you tell us otherwise at the time of collection.

Data may be processed, in connection with legal and contractual requirements, for the following purposes:

• diffusione e valorizzazione senza scopo di lucro della cultura artistica;
• attività culturali, didattiche ed editoriali atte a divulgare l’arte contemporanea e i nuovi linguaggi contemporanei;
• promozione ed organizzazione di corsi per la formazione artistica e culturale;
• promozione di circoli ricreativi e culturali;
• collaborazione con gli artisti, i produttori, gli operatori e la stampa specializzata del settore;
• promozione di indagini, ricerche e studi in materia artistica e culturale;
• organizzazione e partecipazione a convegni, manifestazioni ed iniziative, sia nazionali che internazionali che abbiano come oggetto la diffusione e la valorizzazione dell’arte contemporanea e i nuovi linguaggi contemporanei;
• la promozione di tutte le iniziative ritenute utili al raggiungimento dello scopo dell’organizzazione, sia in forma diretta che in collaborazione con altri soggetti pubblici e/o privati.

How long can we keep your data?

How to protect your data?

You may exercise your rights against the Data Controller at any time, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, by contacting info@mostra-mi.it and:

• proporre, inoltre, reclamo ad una Autorità di controllo, nei casi e per gli effetti espressi dalla normativa vigente.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, simply send an email from the address you registered with to info@mostra-mi.it by inserting in the subject line of the e-mail "cancellation of personal data" asking which specific cancellation is required and also by using the appropriate "unsubscribe" function at the bottom of the company newsletter.

2. Dati trattati, finalità e basi giuridiche del trattamento
Data generated by access to the site
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data (such as, for example, domain names, IP addresses, operating system used, type of browser device used for connection) are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used to: i) obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site; ii) manage control requirements of the way the site is used, iii) ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes.
The legal basis legitimising the processing of such data is the need to make the site's functionalities usable following the user's access.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

2. for administrative purposes and for the fulfilment of legal obligations such as, for example, those of an accounting or fiscal nature, or to comply with requests from judicial authorities;
3. in the presence of specific consent, for the periodic sending, by e-mail, of newsletters and advertising material;
4. with specific consent, to receive updates on our activities and reports on the publication of posts on our blog/portal;
5. in the presence of specific consent, to receive promotional communications and invitations to events, training courses, webinars, special promotions or to participate in analysis and market research;
6. in the case of sending a curriculum vitae, exclusively for selection purposes.

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject.

Data collected through the Mostrami Platform
For complete information we specify that in the sending of the communications, Mostrami avails itself of its own Web Platforms, that, through statistical tracking systems (for example web beacons), could allow to detect the opening of a message, the clicks done on the hypertext links contained inside the email, from which IP address or with which type of browser the email is opened, and other similar details. The collection of this information is necessary for the use of the platform and is an integral part of the functionality of the message delivery system.
The legal basis for processing such data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.

3. Nature of contribution
Apart from what is specified for navigation data and data collected through the Mostrami Platform, the provision of data:

• rispetto alle finalità di cui alle lettere a), b) ed f) è facoltativo ma l’eventuale rifiuto comporterà l’impossibilità per Mostrami di dar corso agli impegni contrattuali assunti;
• with respect to the aims of which to the letter c), d) and e) it is also optional and their use is conditioned to the release of an explicit consent. The eventual refusal will involve the impossibility for Mostrami to send newsletters and advertising material or invitations to events and initiatives of Mostrami.

4. Modalità di trattamento e tempi di conservazione dei dati
The collected data will be treated through electronic or however automated, computerized and telematic instruments, or through manual elaborations with logics strictly correlated to the purposes for which the personal data have been collected and, however, in order to guarantee in any case the safety of the same. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. In any case Mostrami practices rules that prevent the storage of data indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in accordance with the principle of minimization of data processing.

5. Persons authorised to process, responsible for and communicating data
Il trattamento dei dati raccolti è effettuato da personale interno di Mostrami a tal fine individuato e autorizzato del trattamento secondo specifiche istruzioni impartite nel rispetto della normativa vigente.I dati raccolti, qualora sia necessario o strumentale per l’esecuzione delle indicate finalità, potranno essere trattati da terzi nominati Responsabili esterni del trattamento, ovvero, a seconda dei casi, comunicati agli stessi quali autonomi titolari, e precisamente:

1. partner companies that are part of our group for the purposes set out in point 1 a), b) and f);
2. persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to our Company, for the purposes referred to in point 1 letter b) and f);
3. companies, bodies, associations carrying out services related and instrumental to the execution of the above-mentioned purposes (market analysis and research service, credit card payment management, computer system maintenance).

The data collected may also be transferred abroad, to companies that are or are not part of our corporate group, even outside the European Union, in the forms and ways provided for by current legislation, guaranteeing in any case an adequate level of protection.

In any case, personal data will never be disseminated.

6. Rights of the data subject
