EU/679 of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR" and ss.mm.ii. ) containing the Personal Data Protection Code, the undersigned Mostrami, in its capacity as data controller, informs you that, for the establishment of contractual relations with you in progress, it will come into possession of your data qualified by law as "personal" (personal data, tax data, telephone number, e-mail, bank references and any other common personal data) and that, moreover, upon explicit request, it may come into possession of your data classified by law as "sensitive" (data that may reveal your state of health, membership of a trade union, a party, a religious community, or in any case your political, philosophical, religious or other beliefs).

In our web forms, you will be asked to provide the following identification data: first name, last name, e-mail, telephone number and preferences regarding the activities of our organisation (courses, events).

Registration via the company's websites and forms will allow us to manage the information in order to respond to your possible booking or registration requests.

  • attività culturali, didattiche ed editoriali atte a divulgare l’arte contemporanea e i nuovi linguaggi contemporanei;
  • promozione ed organizzazione di corsi per la formazione artistica e culturale;
  • promozione di circoli ricreativi e culturali;
  • collaborazione con gli artisti, i produttori, gli operatori e la stampa specializzata del settore;
  • promozione di indagini, ricerche e studi in materia artistica e culturale;
  • organizzazione e partecipazione a convegni, manifestazioni ed iniziative, sia nazionali che internazionali che abbiano come oggetto la diffusione e la valorizzazione dell’arte contemporanea e i nuovi linguaggi contemporanei;

Data generated by access to the site
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

  5. in the presence of specific consent, to receive promotional communications and invitations to events, training courses, webinars, special promotions or to participate in analysis and market research;
  6. in the case of sending a curriculum vitae, exclusively for selection purposes.

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. In the cases expressly indicated, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject.

Data collected through the Mostrami Platform
For complete information we specify that in the sending of the communications, Mostrami avails itself of its own Web Platforms, that, through statistical tracking systems (for example web beacons), could allow to detect the opening of a message, the clicks done on the hypertext links contained inside the email, from which IP address or with which type of browser the email is opened, and other similar details. The collection of this information is necessary for the use of the platform and is an integral part of the functionality of the message delivery system.
The legal basis for processing such data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.

 

3. Nature of contribution
Apart from what is specified for navigation data and data collected through the Mostrami Platform, the provision of data:

4. Modalità di trattamento e tempi di conservazione dei dati
The collected data will be treated through electronic or however automated, computerized and telematic instruments, or through manual elaborations with logics strictly correlated to the purposes for which the personal data have been collected and, however, in order to guarantee in any case the safety of the same. The data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the purposes for which the data are collected in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations. In any case Mostrami practices rules that prevent the storage of data indefinitely and therefore limits the storage time in accordance with the principle of minimization of data processing.

Il trattamento dei dati raccolti è effettuato da personale interno di Mostrami a tal fine individuato e autorizzato del trattamento secondo specifiche istruzioni impartite nel rispetto della normativa vigente.I dati raccolti, qualora sia necessario o strumentale per l’esecuzione delle indicate finalità, potranno essere trattati da terzi nominati Responsabili esterni del trattamento, ovvero, a seconda dei casi, comunicati agli stessi quali autonomi titolari, e precisamente:

  1. partner companies that are part of our group for the purposes set out in point 1 a), b) and f);
  2. persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to our Company, for the purposes referred to in point 1 letter b) and f);

The data collected may also be transferred abroad, to companies that are or are not part of our corporate group, even outside the European Union, in the forms and ways provided for by current legislation, guaranteeing in any case an adequate level of protection.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data and data collected through the Mostrami Platform, the conferment of data:
